1. Go to the Anonymize tool:

2. Add the customer’s email under ‘Emails’ tab and add the Merchant for ‘Wizards of the Coast’ under ‘Merchants’ tab, then click the button ‘Test anonymization’ to make sure that this account does exist under this retailer:
Note – it will take a few seconds for the information to load.
3. Once the account is located, you should see the result like this:
4. To delete the account once located, tick the box below:
Once the box is ticked, the blue button changes to red one called ‘Anonymize’, click this red button to proceed:
If the action was successful, you would see a result like this:
5. Add the customer’s email to the following Excel sheet in the tab for 2024: Wizards – Deleted accounts
Note - Fill in column A with customer’s email, column B with the date of your entry and column C with ‘No’.
6. Inform the customer in Zendesk using the macro in the respective language e.g. ‘Privacy:: Standard Acknowledgement [EN]’. The macro would pre-fill the following Ticket categories:
